In a news release published on December 21, 2015 the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced that it “has decided to strengthen the Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide (the ESG Guide or Guide) in its Listing Rules (Rules) after its consultation on proposed changes to upgrade the disclosure obligation of the ESG Guide met with strong support from a broad range of respondents.”
